All items purchased from Let's Move Forward are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact Australia Post directly via 13 POST (13 7678). However, if you still require assistance please contact us via info@letsmoveforward.com.au.

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via email at info@letsmoveforward.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Let's Move Forward.
